We want you to be happy with SEO Control Center. If it is not right for you, you get your money back.

Money-back guarantee

• New licences: a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, without giving a reason.
• Renewals: a full refund within 14 days of the renewal date, for example if you forgot to cancel.
• Later: after 14 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and the licence stays active until the end of the paid term. If the software does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you for the remaining term.

How to request a refund

1. Write to sales@seocc.net from the e-mail address you used for the purchase, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
2. Include your order number or licence key if you have it at hand. A short note on why is welcome, but not required.

Refunds are paid by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method, including any taxes you paid. It usually takes 5–10 working days until the money is back on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

The licence is deactivated and the subscription ends. Your installation and your data stay on your server; licensed work pauses as described in the terms.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights, for example a right of withdrawal as a consumer, and does not limit them.
